Deposits: 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
Shared or private bath are available- Double occupancy, Queens & Doubles available.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, unless otherwise notified. Approximate time of arrival is appreciated.
Two nights minimum may be in effect on weekends, in season and/or on holidays.
Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Refunds: Guests are responsible for the entire length of their stay.
No refunds are given for failure to arrive on the initial date of your reservation or
if departure occurs prior to the last date of your reservation.
Cancellations are accepted one week in advance.
Accommodations are suitable for small children with supervision.
Well behaved pets with up to date shots are welcome. We have resident cats,
like Oliver and Lucy, who are wonderful, friendly and very lovable, and we try to respect their space.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but acceptable outside on our property.
Street parking is available.
